Within the UAE, we use a Private Courier Service. Internationally, it will depend on the final destination. We will select a cost-effective, efficient courier service and will share the tracking details with you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary. That’s why we have designed our Return Policy to be transparent, fair, and hassle-free.
We offer a straightforward return and exchange process. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from C&S Active’s official website or authorized retailers.
To start a return or exchange, please visit our website and navigate to the ‘Returns’ section.
Follow the provided instructions to complete the return request.
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping costs.
If you received a C&S Active product as a gift and need to make a return, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Orders within the UAE will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the order confirmation. Deliveries to all other countries will take 2-3 to be shipped.
- We also offer international shipping. However, please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The exact fees and delivery timeframes for international shipments will vary based on the destination country.

At the moment majority of our sales are based within the United Arab Emirates, but we are successfully expanding into other countries, such as Australia.
Not to worry, we try to cover off as much as we can on our info pages, but sometimes if you can’t find you can get in touch via the contact form. We will be happy to help and get back to you with your query.
We ship to all countries other than the ones that are sanctioned by the Government of the UAE.
